The Human Capital Directory on Zimbabwe Business Index connects private employers with verified professionals across all industries. The platform provides structured listings of individuals, their qualifications, and professional backgrounds, making recruitment easier and more transparent across Zimbabwe. We uphold confidentiality. Profiles are only visible to verified companies who have created accounts with us, they are never visible to the public.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU) Zimbabwe Business Index 

1. Payment is for Profile Listing on Zimbabwe Business Index: This fee covers profile creation, verification, hosting, and visibility on the Zimbabwe Business Index platform for the selected duration. Zimbabwe Business Index does not guarantee employment, internships, contracts, or client engagement. 

2. Non-guarantee & Liability protection Important Notice: Zimbabwe Business Index is a business directory and visibility platform. We do not act as an employment agency, recruiter, or placement service. Payment does not constitute a promise or guarantee of employment, internship placement, income, or engagement. 

3. Refund & Cancellation Refund Policy: Once a profile has been reviewed, published, or made visible on the platform, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable if Zimbabwe Business Index is unable to publish the profile due to internal system limitations. 

4. Duration & Expiry/Listing Duration: The selected subscription period begins on the date the profile is approved and published. Upon expiry, profiles may be archived or removed unless renewed. 

5. Student & Internship Applicants: Student and internship profiles receive the same visibility benefits as other professional listings. Zimbabwe Business Index does not guarantee internship placement or institutional attachment. 

6. Exceptional Talent Listing: This payment is for premium talent profile listing and enhanced visibility to businesses seeking specialized skills. Engagement, contracts, or work opportunities are subject to independent agreement between the talent and third parties. 

7. Payment Recipient & Payment Processing: Payments are received on behalf of Zimbabwe Business Index and are officially recorded under the platform’s operations. A receipt or confirmation will be issued upon successful payment. 

8. Consent: By signing this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) you agree and understand that this payment is for profile listing and visibility only, and does not guarantee employment, internship placement, or income. 

9. Accuracy of Information: The applicant confirms that all information submitted is accurate and truthful. Zimbabwe Business Index reserves the right to remove or suspend profiles found to contain false, misleading, or offensive information. 

10. Platform Rights: Zimbabwe Business Index reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, categorize, or remove any profile in line with platform policies and applicable laws. 

11. Limitation of Liability: Zimbabwe Business Index shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or missed opportunities arising from the use of the platform or reliance on profile visibility. 

12. Governing Law: This Memorandum of Understanding shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe

13. Signing: This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be sent for electronic signing after form submission. A signing queue will be enabled, and you will receive an email notification when it is your turn to sign. Once all parties have signed, each party will receive a fully executed copy of the MoU, together with the electronic signing certificate.
