This annual listing allows individuals to showcase their qualifications, skills, and professional experience to registered private companies, entities, and institutions actively seeking talent across Zimbabwe.

The US$10 annual fee supports the verification, categorization, and maintenance of professional profiles on the Zimbabwe Business Index Human capital Directory. This ensures that listed profiles remain credible, current, and visible only to registered private companies, entities, and institutions, while reducing non-genuine or inactive listings. This small annual contribution helps maintain a focused, professional platform that benefits serious job seekers and professionals.

As a professional, or as one who holds exceptional talent and skill, or as a student/intern you may not know how many companies require your skills and it may not be feasible to drop/send CVs to all companies. By getting listed we understand employers and recruiters will contact you according to their needs.

Why do i have to pay US$10 to list my profile?
The annual fee supports profile verification, categorization, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. It also reduces fake or inactive profiles, ensuring credibility and genuine visibility. As a job seeker you may not know how many companies require your skills and it may not be feasible to drop/send CVs to all companies. By getting listed we understand employers and recruiters will contact you according to their needs.
Does paying US$10 guarantee me a job?
No. Zimbabwe Business Index does not guarantee employment. It provides visibility to registered private companies, entities, and institutions who may contact you based on their needs.
Who can see my profile?
Only registered and approved private companies, entities, and institutions with valid access can view profiles in the Human Capital Directory.
Are my certificates and qualifications verified?
Basic administrative checks are conducted. Individuals are require to declare that all submitted information and qualifications are true and accurate. Submission of false information may result in profile removal.
Can i update my profile after registration?
Yes. Listed individuals can update their profile information through contacting our administrators in order to keep it current. This may attract a small charge not more than 20% of the registration fee.
How long does my profile stay listed?
Profiles are listed for one year from the date of payment confirmation and must be renewed annually.
Can recent graduates register?
Yes. Recent graduates, skilled professionals, and experienced individuals are welcome to register, provided information provided is accurate.
Can students seeking for internship register?
Yes. Students seeking for internship are welcome to register. Zimbabwe Business Index provides a separate page for internships by province and/or city.
Will my personal information be shared publicly?
No. personal information is handled in accordance with the Zimbabwe Business Index Privacy Policy and is accessible only to registered private companies, entities, and institutions.
How are payments made?
Zimbabwe Business Index is currently in its founder-operated phase and for credibility and transparency all payments are made through the founder's bank account as filed with his ZB Bank, branch 4151. These banking details are available upon payment checkout. EcoCash account was also added as an alternative payment gateway. Formal company registration and additional automated payment options will be introduced as the platform expands.
How is the whole process from registration to listing like?
- Choose your listing package
- Review the Memorandum of Understanding
- Generate quotation & proof of payment (apply given discount codes for early birds, if still valid)
- Complete the profile listing form
- Receive MoU for electronic signing

How do i make payment?
Payment is made via bank deposit or transfer. EcoCash is also accepted. After payment, proof of payment must be submitted for verification before access or listing is activated.
How long does verification take?
Verification is conducted within a reasonable administrative timeframe after proof of payment is received.
Who operates Zimbabwe Business Index?
Zimbabwe Business Index is currently operated by its founder (Brian Makanda) as part of a phased rollout. Formal company registration and expanded payment options will be introduced and integrated as the platform grows.
